The Opportunity

Why These Four Pillars Work Together

This program covers everything that happens after the website goes live — search visibility, content, social presence, email, and the ongoing health of the site itself.

The difference is that they work as one system. Search research produces the keywords; that research feeds the blog content; the content becomes social posts and email newsletters; the traffic those channels generate lands on a site that is fast, secure, and technically sound. Run separately, each one underperforms. Run together, each makes the others cheaper and more effective.

Delivered monthly, with one consolidated report at the end of every cycle showing exactly what was completed and what it moved.

A note on pricing

The three services quoted during the website project — Website Maintenance, Social Media Management, and Full Digital Marketing — are included here at exactly the prices originally quoted. Nothing has increased.

Search Engine Optimization is new scope that was not part of the original quote. It is priced separately below, with a bundle discount applied for taking all four together.

03
Pillar One

Search Engine Optimization

The largest component of the program, and the one where the compounding return lives: unlike paid channels, the work done in month one keeps paying in month twelve.

1.1 Technical SEO Foundation

The groundwork that determines whether search engines can find, crawl, and trust the site at all.

Full site audit covering crawlability, indexation, and site architecture
Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization — the performance metrics Google uses directly as a ranking input
Keyword cannibalization consolidation — ensuring one canonical URL owns each target keyword, so pages stop competing against each other
Redirect chain resolution and 301 cleanup — removing the hops that leak authority between URLs
Orphaned and unlinked page pruning — finding pages no internal link points to, and either connecting or removing them
Hreflang audits for multilingual sections, where applicable
Image compression and WebP conversion — smaller files, faster pages, better scores
Mobile usability review across devices and breakpoints
Schema markup implementation — LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ structured data so search engines understand what each page is
1.2 On-Page & Content Optimization
Keyword research and mapping — identifying the terms worth targeting, then assigning each one to a specific page so nothing overlaps
Meta title and description optimization — written brand-first and within character limits so nothing truncates in search results
Header structure and content optimization — heading hierarchy, keyword placement, readability, and content depth on every commercial page
1.3 Internal Linking

Internal links are the most underused ranking lever most sites have, because they cost nothing and are entirely within your control.

Full-site internal linking opportunity map with exact anchor text and sentence-level insertion points — not vague guidance, but a specific list of "add this link, with this anchor, in this sentence, on this page"
High / Medium / Low priority tiering so the highest-impact links ship first
Cross-linking structures connecting industry-vertical and topic-hub pages into a coherent cluster
1.4 Content Strategy & Creation
Pillar-anchored keyword cluster builds — content published in planned clusters rather than ad hoc
2 blog or landing page articles per month, written to match search intent — informational content for research-stage buyers, commercial content for ready-to-buy searches
Content briefs and editorial QA for every piece, so structure, keyword coverage, and internal links are correct before publication
1.5 Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
Backlink prospecting and outreach to relevant, credible domains
Competitor backlink gap analysis — identifying which sites link to competitors but not to you, and going after those specifically
Digital PR and link acquisition through content-led placements
1.6 Local SEO
Google Business Profile claiming and optimization — categories, services, descriptions, photos, and posts
NAP-consistent directory submissions (Name, Address, Phone) with dofollow/nofollow status and verification tracked per listing
AI Citation Value scoring on directory listings, prioritizing the directories that AI search engines actually reference
Entity-based local coverage strategy so search engines associate the business with the right locations and service areas
1.7 AEO — AI Search Visibility

Search is no longer only Google's ten blue links. A growing share of buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini and never click through to a website at all. This pillar makes sure the brand appears in those answers.

AI Search Visibility scoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
Category breakdown of where the brand does and doesn't appear: Brand Awareness, Category Visibility, Local/Regional, Problem-Based, and Comparison queries
LLM-structured Q&A and FAQ content formatted the way language models parse and cite
Monthly AI brand-mention tracking to measure whether the brand is being named, not just cited
1.8 Strategy & Monitoring
Monthly progress reporting with task-completion tracking
Impact reporting tying ranking movement to business outcomes — inquiries, local pack position, and keyword movement
Ongoing strategy adjustment and competitor monitoring as the landscape shifts
04
Pillar Two

Social Media Marketing

2.1 Content Creation & Publishing
3 designed social posts per week (12 per month) — branded graphics, quote cards, insight posts, and carousels
2 short-form videos per month, edited from your existing footage or supplied clips, formatted for vertical feeds with burned-in captions
Written captions for every post, with researched hashtags and platform-appropriate phrasing
Monthly content calendar shared in advance for your review and approval before anything goes live

Additional videos can be edited and published on demand at an additional per-video cost.

2.2 Managed Channels

There is no cap on the number of channels covered. Content is published across every platform where your audience is present, formatted for that platform rather than copy-pasted identically everywhere.

Core Business Channels
LinkedIn — the primary channel for a B2B consultancy selling to sales executives. Company page plus support for your personal profile, which typically outperforms company pages for reach in this space.
Facebook — company page, posts, and audience engagement.
Instagram — feed posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels from the monthly video content.
X / Twitter — posts and industry conversation participation.
YouTube — Shorts from the monthly video content, with long-form uploads where footage supports it.
Visual & Discovery Platforms
Pinterest — boards and pins for infographics, quote cards, and blog visuals, which continue driving traffic long after posting.
TikTok — short-form video, repurposed from the monthly video content.
Threads — short-form commentary and conversation.
Bluesky — an emerging channel with a growing professional audience.
Community & Discussion
Reddit — participation in relevant subreddits around sales, CRM, and Salesforce. These communities reward genuine contribution and punish overt promotion, so posting here is contribution-led.
Quora — answering questions in your subject area, which builds authority and is increasingly cited by AI search engines.
Publishing & Curation
Medium — republished blog articles with canonical tags pointing back to your site, extending reach without competing with your own rankings.
Tumblr — visual and short-form content, with strong crossover into design and business communities.
Substack Notes — short-form commentary alongside newsletter content.
SlideShare — presentation decks, frameworks, and visual explainers.
Flipboard — magazine-style curation of your published content.

Additional platforms can be added at any time at no extra cost as new channels emerge or your audience shifts.

2.3 How Content Is Distributed Across Channels

Not every post suits every platform, and posting identical content everywhere is the fastest way to get suppressed by the algorithms.

Each piece of content is assessed against the channels it genuinely fits, then adapted — dimensions, caption length, tone, and hashtag conventions all differ by platform. A carousel that performs on LinkedIn becomes a pin on Pinterest, a thread on X, and a short video on TikTok and Reels.

Cadence varies by channel: the core business channels carry the full weekly posting schedule, while community and curation platforms receive content when there is a genuine fit. That is a deliberate choice — it produces better results than forcing the same volume everywhere.

2.4 Channel Setup & Branding
Creation of any channels not yet established, including handle registration
Full profile branding — profile images, cover art, bios, link-in-bio setup, highlight covers, and pinned posts
Consistency audit across existing channels so the brand looks the same everywhere
2.5 Community Management & Engagement
Monitoring several times per week of comments, direct messages, and mentions across all managed channels
Response and engagement on your behalf, in your brand voice, with anything needing your personal input flagged to you
Proactive engagement on LinkedIn — commenting on relevant industry posts to build visibility with your target audience
Social listening for brand mentions, including mentions that don't tag you directly
2.6 Content Repurposing
Blog-to-social conversion — every blog article produced under the SEO pillar is broken into multiple social posts, so the content investment works twice
Video repurposing — one longer video is cut into multiple short clips across platforms
Evergreen recycling — high-performing posts are refreshed and republished on a schedule
2.7 Reporting
Monthly analytics report covering reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and top-performing content
Platform-by-platform breakdown so you can see where the audience actually is
Recommendations on what to double down on and what to stop doing
05
Pillar Three

Email & Content Marketing

Email is the only marketing channel you actually own. Social platforms can change their algorithm overnight and search rankings shift, but a subscriber list is an asset that stays yours.

3.1 Platform Setup
Full setup on Mailchimp, Brevo, or an equivalent platform, selected to fit your list size and budget
Domain authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records configured so emails land in the inbox rather than the spam folder
Template design built to your brand, mobile-responsive, and reusable across campaigns
List import and cleanup of any existing contacts
3.2 Campaigns
2 email campaigns per month — designed, written, tested, and sent
Event updates and announcements sent to the list as they arise
Newsletter content drawing on the blog articles produced under the SEO pillar, so email and content marketing reinforce each other
Subject line A/B testing on every send to improve open rates over time
3.3 List Growth & Segmentation
Signup forms and lead capture placed on the website — footer, blog posts, and dedicated landing pages
Lead magnet setup for gated content such as guides or assessments, where relevant
List segmentation by interest, engagement level, and source, so messaging can be targeted rather than one-size-fits-all
Ongoing list hygiene — removing bounced and long-term inactive addresses to protect sender reputation
3.4 Automation
Welcome sequence for new subscribers, triggered automatically
Event registration and reminder flows where the events module is in use
Re-engagement sequences for subscribers who have gone quiet
Automation maintenance — flows reviewed and adjusted as performance data comes in
3.5 Compliance & Reporting
CASL and CAN-SPAM compliance — consent handling, unsubscribe mechanics, and required footer information
Monthly reporting on open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes, list growth, and best-performing campaigns
06
Pillar Four

Website Maintenance & Management

This pillar begins after the complimentary 30-day post-launch support window ends.

4.1 Security
Monthly security checkup across the site and hosting configuration
SSL certificate monitoring and renewal management
Dependency and package updates applied and tested
Access and permissions review — ensuring only current people hold admin access
Vulnerability monitoring on the frameworks and services the site depends on
4.2 Fixes & Updates
Code bug fixes — anything behaving incorrectly is diagnosed and fixed
Content and copy edits you request, handled within the month
Layout and design adjustments to existing pages
Third-party integration maintenance — forms, analytics, calendar, and CMS connections kept working
4.3 New Pages & SEO Expansion
Additional SEO-focused pages built out as the keyword strategy identifies opportunities — new service pages, industry pages, and location pages
Landing pages for campaigns, lead magnets, and events
Blog article publishing — content produced under the SEO pillar formatted and published to the site
4.4 Monitoring & Health
Uptime monitoring with alerts, so downtime is caught before you hear about it from a customer
Automated backups with periodic restore testing — a backup that has never been tested is not a backup
Core Web Vitals and page speed monitoring on an ongoing basis
Broken link scanning across the site each month
Form and conversion path testing — confirming enquiry forms actually deliver
Cross-browser and device QA after any significant change
4.5 Reporting
Monthly site health report covering uptime, performance scores, security status, and all work completed
07
Working Together

Reporting & Communication

One consolidated report
Covering all four pillars, delivered in the first week of the following month.
Monthly review call
To walk through results, priorities, and anything that needs a decision from you.
Direct access
By email or Slack for anything urgent between reviews.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console are already configured and connected, so reporting draws on real measured data from month one rather than estimates.

How It Breaks Down

Website Maintenance$49
Social Media Marketing$599
Email & Content Marketing$199
SEO Program New scope$550
Total if purchased separately$1,397
Bundled rate$1,290 — save $107/mo
The first three lines are held at exactly the prices quoted during the website project. SEO is new scope, priced separately, with the bundle discount applied on top.
Prefer to start smaller?
Any pillar can be taken on its own at the individual rate above, or in any combination. The bundle rate applies when all four run together — that discount exists because the four overlap heavily, and running them as one program is genuinely less work than running them as four separate engagements.

Scope

What's Not Included

Stated plainly so there are no surprises.

Paid advertising spend — Google, LinkedIn, or Meta Ads budgets are paid directly by you to the platform. Campaign management can be added as a separate line.
Additional video editing beyond the 2 short videos per month — quoted per video on request
Video shooting or on-location production — this plan covers editing supplied footage, not filming it
Third-party software costs — email platform fees above the free tier, premium SEO tools, or stock imagery licences, if required
Major website rebuilds or new modules — for example the events calendar module, which is quoted separately
Print or offline collateral design
10
Terms

Billing & Commitment

Billing
Monthly, invoiced on the first of each month.
Minimum term — 6 months
SEO does not produce meaningful results in fewer than two quarters. The early months are largely foundation work, and stopping before month six means paying for the groundwork without collecting the return.
After the minimum term
Month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' written notice.
Start date
The month following the end of the complimentary 30-day post-launch support window.
11
From You

What I Need to Begin

Access to existing social media accounts, or confirmation of which channels to create
Any existing email subscriber list, in whatever format you have it
Google Business Profile access, or confirmation that it needs to be claimed
Confirmation of the start date
Google Analytics and Search Console are already set up and connected, so nothing is needed there.
